MetLife Nepal has announced a partnership with national cricket team captains Rohit Paudel and Indu Berma to promote life insurance as a tool for financial protection and planning.
This marks the first collaboration in Nepal where captains of both the men’s and women’s national teams-widely regarded as symbols of national pride-have joined forces to raise awareness about the importance of securing one’s future.
Through this initiative, MetLife aims to highlight the values of resilience, preparation, and responsibility, aligning sportsmanship with the principles of insurance. The company has also extended insurance coverage sponsorship to the national teams as part of its commitment to support those who inspire the nation.
“Our national team captains carry the hopes of our nation every time they walk onto the field, and who better to illustrate the significance of responsibility and protection?” said Ankeet Rajbhandari, Head of Marketing & Communications at MetLife Nepal. “We are excited to have Rohit and Indu convey the message of safeguarding what is most valuable-your family and future.”
MetLife has been operating in Nepal since 2001 and provides a range of products including life, accident, and health insurance, along with employee benefits.
